How do you prepare the dishes? 

As per any Peruvian dish, one of the secrets is the freshness. Our dishes are handmade in small batches, not in an industrial conveyor belt. We use a combination of fresh, best quality ingredients from British suppliers and special Peruvian ingredients. 

How long will each fresh meal last in the fridge?

These fresh meals are supposed to be consumed on the same day.

How do I heat the fresh dishes? 

We recommend oven heating. But you can use a pan or a microwave as well. The tray is made of HDPE, which is suitable for conventional or microwave oven. Before heating, make sure to remove the cardboard sleeve and the lid.

MICROWAVE

Place the tray in the middle of the microwave and heat at high power for 3 minutes. Make sure the food is very hot.

OVEN

Preheat oven to 100°C and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, heat for 10 minutes. Make sure the food is very hot.

 

Where do you source your ingredients from? 

We use a combination of quality British produce and special Peruvian ingredients brought by well-known Latinamerican suppliers. But most of the ingredients, by far, are produced and grew by British suppliers, in order to keep food miles low, support local farmers and get the fresh as possible ingredients.

What time/dates do you deliver?

We deliver from Thursday to Monday, in case of fresh lunch, between 12 pm to 2 pm. And in case of fresh dinner, between 6 pm to 9 pm. 

When can I make my order?

We receive orders on a 24/7 basis on our website.

Do you charge for delivery? 

Yes, we charge only 3 pounds for the delivery.

Is it possible to pick a specific time slot?

Yes, you can pick your day in your order, and also put a note if you needed for a specific time slot. This time slots are of 1/2 hour. This means, if you want your meal for lunch, you can choose from 12:00-12:30 pm, 12:30-1:00 pm, 1:00 pm-1:30 pm or 1:30 pm-2:00 pm.

When do I need to place my order by for the next available day? 

You can place your order at any moment. In the order, you choose the date. We close the order placing for the next day at 9 pm.

Is it possible to edit or cancel my order?

Yes, but please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

How can I talk with someone by phone?

In order to shorten the time to receive an answer, you can use the Chat on the webpage, where we will reply as soon as possible.
